Day by day:
- journal entries & site updates
- planner, track mood
- keep a clean room, clean body
- less than two hours on my phone
- take lots of photos
Week by week:
- watch a movie
- Animal Crossing
- keep drawing
- go out somewhere
- get food, get coffee
- tarot reading
- relearn French
End of the year:
- read 100 books
- fill an entire sketchbook
- learn to touch type
- be able to read books in French again
Thoughts I'd like to carry with me:
- This list is encouragement, not discouragement.
- I want to continue to eat good food & drink good drinks. I will not deprive myself of pleasure.
- Even though these days are temporary, they are still precious.
- Real self forgiveness is not conditional.
- Do not whip your own back. No unnecessary guilt.
- No "should"- say "I would like to." Take away failure & obligation & give yourself agency.
