  1. This list is encouragement, not discouragement.
  2. I want to continue to eat good food & drink good drinks. I will not deprive myself of pleasure.
  3. Even though these days are temporary, they are still precious.
  4. Real self forgiveness is not conditional.
  5. Do not whip your own back. No unnecessary guilt.
  6. No "should"- say "I would like to." Take away failure & obligation & give yourself agency.
