I'm not really sure how to describe this page yet... I guess it could be a page of things I want to keep in mind. Or things that I'm carrying with me at the current moment. I don't really know.

  • start saying 'yes' to things & not just 'no'
  • spend my time purposefully
  • do things on purpose
  • abandon useless guilt or shame
  • discomfort is inevitable, so choose the meaningful kind
  • approval doesn't matter if you don't approve of them
  • draw in the same way that you write

  • I feel dissatisfied, like I'm somehow missing something. & anxious, because I feel like I'm doing things aimlessly.
