Notes to self:

I think that I need to keep busy. I think that I’m becoming tired & apathetic. To avoid this, I need to do things that I enjoy. I need to fill my time with small things: books, games, movies, walks, drawings, conversations. Stop being idle.

Make a (new) planner.

I want to make a scrapbook or an album. I think I need to feel more conscious of the days passing. I need to notice things. I feel like I haven't been tasting my food or noticing the sky. I need rituals.

Draw every day again. You were doing so well.

  • draw
  • tarot reading
  • fold cranes (senbazuru)
  • clean your room
  • bathe or brush your teeth
  • rearrange your things
  • read manga
  • read a book
  • go on a walk
  • do something that you've been putting off
  • eat a snack
  • add to your stickerbook
  • listen to an entire album
